Symptoms

You try to create a WinPE-based bootable media on a non-empty rewritable CD or DVD. As a result, the media is not created.

Cause

Media Builder does not erase non-empty discs.

Solution

Erase all the files on the disc using Windows native tools prior to starting Acronis Media Builder. See Windows Help: Erase a CD or DVD.
