BackupAgent: Error when selecting Exchange mail store for Folder Level backup: Store unmounted

Problem:
When you create a backup task and try to select the Exchange mail store for folder level backup, the node is red with error message: Unmounted.

Cause:
This is caused by restrictions on the mailstore, the Online Backup Client is unable to read information about the selected mail store.

Resolution:
Review the access permissions on the mail store.
